Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Im Grün II” of the municipality of Sexau from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located on the southern outskirts of the municipality of Sexau following the existing commercial area “Im Grün”.
