Description
Development plans and land use plans of Lind: In connection with the planned conversion of an existing residential building in the area concerned, it was found that the stipulations of the development plan represent an unintended hardship for the residents concerned. In particular, the number of a maximum of one full storey laid down in the current development plan and the inadmissibility of trampolines no longer correspond to today's principle of economical use of land, since both fixings prevent the attic from being expanded for residential purposes and thus significantly complicate both the subsequent use of old building stock desired by the local municipality and the subsequent densification.
