Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Cold air production areas are presented in the landscape programme if a functional connection with thermally moderately to very heavily polluted urban climate tops can be suspected or has been proven by corresponding climatological reports. see Saarland Landscape Programme, Chapter 3.2. (as at: June 2009) - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0+
