Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Potentially erosion-prone forest locations are shown in the area of forest areas with a slope above 15°. Irrespective of the soil type, an increased susceptibility to gully erosion can be expected, which is documented by the numerous erosion notches in the slope areas. The large-scale forest stands on sites at risk of erosion are proposed for designation as erosion protection forests. see Saarland Landscape Programme, Chapter 9.6.2.
