Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Particularly rare soil types in a particularly natural form are among the special protection goods from the point of view of soil protection. The landscape programme therefore proposes rare soil forms on historical forest sites as areas with probably the least anthropogenic soil changes (‘rare, near-natural soils’) for designation as soil protection forests pursuant to Section 19 of the Landeswaldgesetz. Forestry is to apply particularly gentle practices with regard to soil protection with regard to path development, stocking and the use of machinery. see Saarland Landscape Programme, Chapter 2.3.
