Reporting Water Framework Directive 2022: XML files reported
Description
France’s 2022 WFD report focused on:
-competent authorities,
-the state of play,
-the register of protected areas,
-drinking water abstraction,
-monitoring programmes,
-management plans,
-programmes of measures.
The specifications for this reporting are developed as part of the European WFD implementation strategy and approved by Member States' water directors. According to these specifications, electronic reports gather structured documents in XML format respecting the formalism described by XSD schemas.
The files are grouped by folder and district DCE according to the WISE nomenclature. These correspond to the latest official version reported to the European Commission, also available on the European Reportnet portal.
