Executed repatriations in Hamburg

Description

The competent authority has the statutory mandate to enforce existing exit obligations, unless there are legal or factual reasons to the contrary. Priority is given to the possibilities of voluntary departure over deportation. All persons obliged to leave are advised on the possibility of voluntary departure and ways of promotion. However, if the obligation to leave the country is not complied with, the persons concerned will be deported. Monthly representation of the number of people who have been deported or who have left voluntarily.
