Description
The government instructs the provinces in the design of the Decree on general spatial planning to include rules for the bundling of new urban developments.
These should primarily take place in existing urban areas. If new land use is needed, this can only be done where, given the spatial qualities, there are opportunities for expansion within the urbanisation search areas designated by the Space Regulation.
Under conditions, urban development is also possible in areas with special landscape qualities, the so-called (search) areas integration city-country. In these areas, urban development can take place in conjunction with green landscape developments. By means of detailed rules or an exemption from Deputed States, urban-country integration can be tailored for the form in which such a coherent territorial development can take shape.
As a starting point for determining, the search areas that were included in the elaboration plans have served. These have been updated following interim developments and new administrative agreements.
The objects in this file are set at the scale of 1:50.000.
