JHS 166 General Terms and Conditions for Public Administration IT Procurement (JIT 2015)
Description
This Recommendation defines the general terms and conditions of public administration in the procurement of information and communication technologies and services. In addition to the general terms and conditions, the recommendation includes a number of special conditions according to the subject-matter of the contract. The recommendation is intended for public administration contracting entities when purchasing ICT and services.
This Recommendation replaces the previous general terms and conditions for public administration IT procurement (JIT 2007).
