Environmental health control units

Description

The Environmental Health Care Control Unit is an administrative unit composed of environmental health care officials, which is responsible for the official duties of environmental health care in a municipality or in a co-operation area of several municipalities. The control unit data is owned by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (Ministry of Social Affairs and Health) and is managed by a control unit data management system (VYHA), whose users are located in municipalities, regional state administrative agencies and central government. An open XML interface has been implemented for the VYHA data, which in the first phase is now limited in its data content. At the moment, you can search the interface for the control unit identification number, name, regional state administrative authority, municipal assembly and contact details of the control units in force at the time of the survey, insofar as the data is stored in the VYHA system. In the future, the interface will be expanded to include other information. The XML interface has been provided by the National Land Survey of Finland’s Information Technology Service Centre (Mitpa) and it has been implemented with an XML-code service, which is intended to publish code sets and other materials in the environment of Mitpa on the Internet in XML format. The code service is open to everyone and its use does not require identification.
