Negative backdrop to the right of pre-emption according to § 50 LNatSchG (pre-emption right_negative backdrop)

Description

The "negative backdrop" represents the areas for which the right of pre-emption pursuant to § 50(1)(1) to (4) LNatSchG and other areas designated by the general decree on the right of pre-emption (published in the Official Journal for Schleswig-Holstein 2016, page 839) does not exist.
