Local plan adopted by Resolution No XXV/213/04 of the City Council of Opole of 29 January 2004 on the adoption of a local land development plan located between ul. Krzanowicka and the Swornica River in Opole. An integral part of the resolution is the drawing of the local plan (on a scale of 1:1000), occurring in the form of a raster with georeferenced. The local plan is an act of local law, the content of which is the arrangements concerning the use of land and the means of their development and development.
