Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 2nd amendment Hamburg
Description
The Act on the development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 of 21 May 198O, as amended on 3 July 1990 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette J9S0 page 60, 1990 page 148, 1993 page 59), is amended as follows:
1. The annex to the Second Ordinance amending the Act on the Neugraben-Fischbek 55 development plan is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 4 is added:
"4. For the industrial estates south of Cuxhavener Straße, which are shaded in the annex, the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette 3 page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I pages 466, 479), is authoritative. In these areas, commercial recreational facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) are prohibited; Exceptions for entertainment venues are excluded. A base area of 0.4 shall be fixed on the area designated 'A'. For the rest, the previous planning regulations for the industrial estates remain in place."
