Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 2. Change Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 of 21 May 198O amending 3 July 1990 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette J9S0 page 60, 1990 page 148, 1993 page 59) is amended as follows:
1. The annex to the Second Ordinance amending the Law on the Development Plan Neugraben- Fischbek 55 is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 4 is added:
4. The Construction Use Ordinance of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette 3 page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Bundesgesetzblatt I pages 466, 479), is applicable for the industrial areas south of Cuxhavener Straße shown in the annex. In these areas, commercial recreational facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) are prohibited; Exceptions for entertainment venues are excluded. A base area of 0.4 shall be fixed on the area referred to as ‘A’. Moreover, the previous planning regulations for the industrial areas remain in place.’
