Urban density — Number of floors (GFZ) 2019 (Environmental Atlas)
Description
The real GFZ represents a measure of urban density and indicates the structural intensity of use with the ratio of the sum of the floor space to the land area. Reference areas are the blocks and block sections of the ISU5 1: 5,000, as at 31.12.2015.
