Renewable Energy Atlas Flanders - Total additional potential electricity production - REV2030 scenario
Description
This map layer is part of the Renewable Energy Atlas Flanders. In the ‘Space for Energy Flanders 2030’ scenario (REV2030), the additional production potential that can be realised within the available space is limited on the basis of a potential figure that is set for 2030, taking into account the current context and policy objectives. It includes the following renewable technologies: PV on roofs, large-scale wind on land, hydropower on the remaining locks of the Albert Canal and pocket fermentation. For more information about the spatial conditions and key figures for each technology, please refer to the report. The hotspots in Flanders are presented with a filtered image of the results. The figures per municipality can also be consulted in the attached table.
