This publication contains the Wheat Trade Convention and the Food Aid Convention concluded in 1986, with an annex, as part of the International Wheat Agreement. It establishes international commitments relating to wheat trade cooperation and food aid, and sets out Canada’s obligations in support of global food security and humanitarian assistance.
