MyITS - The intelligent route planner

Description

The MyITS system is a route planner that calculates routes based on user needs. Queries such as "Give me the fastest way from A to B, but I want to shop at a pharmacy along the way" are made possible by this. In MyITS, multimodal routing is combined with semantic web technologies. With their help, the search vocabulary is defined and a wide variety of data sources are integrated. Open data is linked to commercial data, e.g. geodata from Open Government Data Vienna, OpenStreetMap and Falter Lokalführer. This covers a wide range of needs. Users of MyITS can search by categories in the vicinity (environmental search by points-of-interest of a category) and by means of via routing (route via intermediate destinations of categories).
