Description

Countries and international bodies have developed regulations and procedures for international trade of certain hazardous chemicals in order to protect human health and the environment from potential harmful effects of these chemicals. Memorandum to Registrants R-90-04 was published on August 31, 1990 to clarify Canada's position on the export of pesticides.
