Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Flooding areas of a low probability flood in Hesse (name according to the Water Resources Act (WHG) §74): Flooding areas with an expected recurrence interval of at least 200 years (HQextreme, equals at least one 200-yearly flood). Individual areas also have a deviating annuality for floods with low probability. Part of the database of flood risk management plans (HWRMP) in Hesse. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from getFeature Requests to a WFS 1.1.0
