Geographical area of compulsory control for leafhopper Scaphoideus titanus, vector of golden flavescence in Limousin in 2015.
The Ministerial Decree of 19 December 2013 makes it compulsory throughout France to combat the golden flavescence of the vine and its vector agent.
Control of leafhoppers is mandatory in all vine parcels in municipalities declared contaminated or located in an area posing a major risk of contamination.
