State of play of the assumption of soil estimation results
Description
The service contains the status of taking over the solid soil estimation results as well as the location and description of the soil profiles in the real estate register (Lika) in the Free State of Saxony (No 2.5 (10 ALKIS Decree). According to existing force, the lower survey authority takes over the soil estimation results as well as the location and designation of the soil profiles in the real estate register (§ 14(1) BodSchätzG). The digital takeover takes place on a mark-by-country basis (No. 2.5(7) ALKIS-Ordinance).
