Development plan No. 1/92: “Commercial area East — Ortrander Strasse” (Gröden)
Description
The development plan translates the land use concept of the municipality into directly applicable law as a binding construction plan for the scope “Commercial area East/Ortrander Strasse”. In accordance with § (4) and § 16 (5) BauNVO, the construction area is divided into two industrial areas (GI), two industrial areas (GE) and a special area for intensive animal husbandry (SO).
