Series: Land reference values of the city of Freiburg i. Br.
Description
The spatial data series links the spatial data sets to the soil reference zones of Freiburg im Breisgau.
A land reference value is the average location value of the land for plots within a spatially defined area (land reference value zone), which largely correspond according to their plot characteristics, in particular according to the type and extent of structural use and the layout of the plot (cf. ยง 196(1) BauGB).
For the soil benchmark zones, new soil benchmarks are determined at least every two years at the end of the even calendar year (Section 12 of the Expert Committee Ordinance BW). In BORIS-BW you will find soil benchmarks from 2018.
