Description
This dataset contains the perimeters (surface objects) of the watersheds corresponding to the very small water bodies (Adour-Garonne) of New Aquitaine.
PLEASE NOTE: this dataset is not exhaustive on the perimeter of New Aquitaine, it concerns the perimeter of the former Poitou-Charentes region.
Water mass benchmark of the Water Framework Directive (WFD). The WFD calls for the delimitation of water bodies, which are the spatial unit for assessing water status.
Water body watersheds DCE are working layers with no validated reference status.
