JHS 190 Design and development of public online services
Description
The purpose of this Recommendation is to provide general recommendations for the design, development and maintenance of online services (websites and e-services) of public administration organisations.
The recommendations and good practices given in this recommendation should be taken into account at different stages of the development process of the online service, from the design of the online service through the procurement and implementation of the online service to its deployment and maintenance and further development.
In addition to the recommendation, the designer and implementer of the online service must familiarise themselves with the existing guidelines on enterprise architecture and its design, other relevant recommendations and legislation. (13.6.2013)
