WFS Basic Digital Landscape Model simple feature MV (WFS_MV_Basis-DLM_SF)
Description
Digital landscape models describe the topographical objects of the earth's surface in vector format. The objects are defined by their spatial position, their geometric type, descriptive attributes and relationships to other objects (relations). Each object has a unique identification number (identifier) throughout Germany. The spatial position of the topographical objects is given independently of scale and mapping in the official position reference system. With this service, the data is provided in shape format. The Shapefile file format (often called shape data or shape) is a simple format for vector geodata and quasi-standard in the environment of desktop geoinformation systems with the largest amount of available map data.
