The development plan Wilstorf 4 for the area of application Kapellenweg-Außenmühlendamm-via the parcel 167 (Außenmühlenweg) and northern boundary of the parcel 170 of the district Wilstorf-Außenmühlenweg-via the parcel 159 of the district Wilstorf-Maretstraße-Hohe Straße-via the parcels 167 (Außenmühlenweg), 180 (Engelbach), 181, 1035 (Winsener Straße) and northern boundary of the parcel 823 (Hannoversche Straße) of the district Wilstorf-Hannoversche Straße-Nordostgrenze of the parcel 1722 (Seevekanal), via the parcels 1722 (Seevekanal), 1714 and 849 of the district Wilstorf-Nöldekestraße-via the parcels 1514 (Reeseberg), 902 and 1035 (Winsener Straße), southern boundary of parcel 206 (Vinzenzweg) of the Wilstorf district (Harburg district, district 705) is established.
