Light intensity of Andalusia. Geometrically corrected annual compound, 2011 (DMSP OLS)
Description
Annual compositions of stable and cloud-free lights, formed from all the daily images available during the year 2011 of the Defense Meteorologycal Satellite Program (DMSP) satellites taken by the Operational Linescan System (OLS) sensor and that have no resolution problems. In cases where more than one satellite collects data during this year, there are compounds from each satellite. The composite excludes images that are illuminated by the sun or with glare, those that are illuminated by the moon and those that are illuminated by the aurora. The images have pixels resampled to 100m and are from the Iberian Peninsula and Andalusia.
