INTERNATIONAL DISTRICTS [obsolete]
Description
International Districts refers to all districts in the European territory.
A WFD pool corresponds to: - either to a national river basin district (example: Courses
waters of Corsica) - either to a portion of an international river basin district situated on the
territory of a Member State (examples: the Meuse; the Sambre) Each DCE basin has one
coordinating competent authority which is the body responsible for implementing the WFD
within the WFD basin. Its cartographic representation is the aggregation of polygons of
under administrative DCE basins the component. Geographic coverage is National
(Metropolitan France + DOM). WFD reporting correspondence: this entity is reported
