The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “WR” “Hochstetterwegäcker, Zeilerweg” – 8th amendment of the town of Stutensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: B-Plans 6. Amendment (= repositioning – replaces original B-plan and B-plans 1 to 5 amendment) and 7th amendment.
