A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Serbia in the areas of social protection, air transport, investment, and taxation. This set includes a social security agreement supporting the coordination of benefits for individuals who have lived or worked in both countries; an air transport agreement governing commercial aviation services; an investment promotion and protection agreement designed to encourage investment flows and safeguard investor rights; and a taxation convention aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion with respect to income and capital.
