Description
The scope of the objective sub-regional plan ‘Spatial structure and basic functional priorities’ covers the areas of the districts of Uckermark and Barnim with their district-related cities, offices and municipalities. The sub-regional plan defines the spatial structure and basic functional priorities. Basic functional focal points are particularly functional districts of suitable municipalities. The state development plan Capital Region Berlin-Brandenburg offers these districts expanded opportunities in the areas of housing development and the development of large-scale retail trade.
