Defines an address. It has no space component. It is always related to external access, which can be direct or indirect.
A house number is defined by a unique alphanumeric string (number and possible subaltern) within either a municipal road toponym or an address area.
The numbering of the interiors, that is of the real estate units, simple and complex, present in a building is not considered "civic number", but is assigned to the objects of the class "Interior access".
Each "road toponym", aggregate of one or more "road elements", contains 0 to N "house numbers" on the right side and 0 to N "house numbers" on the left side. The arrangement of house numbers may or may not be ordered.
Corresponds to the class Civic Number (CIVICO - 030102) of the Ministerial Decree of 11 November 2011.
