Decoding of fields:
- r_status: 1 = current 2 = modified 0 = terminated. N.B.: status 2 = modified refers to ASL name change
- id_company_next: When r_status = 2 points to the next ID
- id_company_prev: Point to the previous ID if the health establishment record has changed.
