Harp Piemonte — Operational Protocol for the implementation of emergency measures antismog
Description
With the entry into force of Legislative Decree No 9-2916 of 26 February 2021, the Piedmont Region introduced extraordinary provisions on air quality, complementing and strengthening the structural and temporary emission limitation measures already in force. Among the actions taken, a traffic light for the preventive adoption of limitation measures, in order to counteract the possible occurrence of exceedances of the daily limit value for PM10. The service publishes the level of the active traffic light for the current day and the following days, through 2 maps. The restrictions are updated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The limitations associated with the traffic light may vary from common to municipality and can be found on the site of the municipality to which reference is made for further information.
