Description

Law No 353/2000 The Framework Law on Forest Fires No 353/2000 defines prohibitions, requirements and sanctions on wooded areas and pastures whose stands have been covered by fire, providing for the possibility for municipalities to impose, as appropriate, constraints of a different nature on the areas concerned. D.Lgs 42/04 art.142 lett. b) - Territories crossed or damaged by fire are of landscape interest and are subject to the provisions of this Title.
