Description
The energy performance of a building represents the annual energy needs needed to meet winter and summer air conditioning services, domestic water heating, ventilation and lighting according to standard uses, depending on the characteristics of location, location, thermal insulation and plant equipment of the building itself. Buildings are classified from class A4 to class G. Buildings are further subdivided by year class of construction. The dataset in question shows the number of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) grouped by class of year of construction of the building and with the total of the certified volume. The date of update is indicated within the data.
