Map showing potential and high confidence mapped extents of Annex I habitat âsubmarine structures making by leaking gasesâ within the boundaries of the UK continental shelf. âSubmarine structures making by leaking gasesâ here refers to the habitat (1180) listed under Annex I of EC Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora â commonly known as the Habitats Directive. Areas where the habitat has been mapped in either zero or one dimension are represented in separate layers as points and lines.
