Description
The SIP carried out an analysis of all accessibility declarations of which it became aware in December 2023.
This analysis focused in particular on the invocation of the disproportionate burden, i.e. non-compliances with the accessibility standard that the organisation that manages the site or app considers a workload too high compared to the benefit for users with disabilities and therefore decides not to correct them.
This analysis is commented on in the article “from year to year, a less disproportionate burden?” on the website accessibilite.public.lu.
