Disproportionate burden analysis in accessibility declarations
Description
The SIP carried out an analysis of all [accessibility declarations](https://data.public.lu/fr/datasets/declarations-daccessibilite/) of which it became aware in December 2023.
This analysis focused in particular on the invocation of the [disproportionate burden](https://accessibilite.public.lu/fr/obligations.html#d%C3%A9rogation-pour-charge-disproportionn%C3%A9e), i.e. non-compliances with the accessibility standard that the organisation that manages the site or app considers a workload too high compared to the benefit for users with disabilities and therefore decides not to correct them.
