NUVOG — Old apple varieties for cider production
Description
The cider market in Switzerland is in motion. An ever-increasing variety of domestic and foreign products is on offer. In view of this potential, the National Action Plan on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Plant Genetic Resources (NAP-PGREL) selected 40 old apple varieties and tested for their suitability for cider production.
