Allerdale Undertakings Land Charge

Description

Unilateral Undertakings recorded as land Charges and expressed as polygon extents. A Unilateral Undertaking is a simplified version of a Planning Agreement and is only entered into by the landowner. It will only be appropriate in certain circumstances.
