Tax Increment Financing (TIF) outline parcels for Allegheny County, PA. TIF closing books contain all necessary documentation related to a TIF in order to close on the financing. TIF/ LERTA evaluations include information regarding current TIFs/ LERTAs, as well as limited tax information related to each TIF/ LERTA.
