WMS Hamburg List of Residential Areas

Description

Web Map Service (WMS) with the residential areas from the Hamburg List of Residential Areas. The Hamburger Wohnlagenverzeichnis is a list of all assessed road sections (block pages) in Hamburg residential areas. This is not an official list, but is intended exclusively for a proper classification of rented apartments in the residential area categories "good" or "normal" as a basis for compiling the Hamburg rent index. Blurrings in the demarcation of the approximately 24,000 road sections assessed are compensated for by the large number of data used in the compilation of the rent index.
