Presentation Service Poultry Breeding (Pute, Duck, Goose) in Germany
Description
These maps are based on data from the Central Documentation of Animal Genetic Resources in Germany (TGRDEU) of the domestic poultry breeds of the turkey, duck and goose from 2013. With reference to the administrative areas of the circles (1:25,000) the density of breeding animals (each 100 km²) is shown. In addition, local associations for poultry farming are located in the maps. More detailed information on the number of breeders, breeders and breeding animals can be obtained via “GetFeatureInfo”. This is a freely available presentation service (Web Map Service Version 1.3.0) of the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food (BLE).
