Description
Cross-regional riding trails are part of the Saxon-wide long-distance road network. They link the connecting points developed by the surrounding districts on the city border and are part of the implementation of the agricultural structural development planning Schönfelder Hochland (finalisation 2004). The route is signposted on site (Pferdekopf and “F”).A regional equestrian trail has been designated in addition to the long-distance trails in the southwest of the city to serve the existing connection of Kaufbach/Tharandter Wald.
Regional riding trails are – incidentally – the riding trails in the forest designated by the competent forestry authority, the Forestry Authority is legally obliged to designate.
