Description
Digital agents are ambassadors who not only master themselves and use e-solutions of public authorities to solve different life situations, but also help inspire others in their use.
The Digital Agent transmits information to the public in an easy and understandable way, including advising on safe working on the Internet, encouraging and helping to start using state e-services so that a person’s current life situation can be solved digitally, for example, issues related to waiting and birth of a child, change of residence, action in case of illness, etc.
Digital agents also provide feedback to e-government on how to improve public communication with citizens.
The file contains information about the locations (city, address, institution) where you can search for the nearest digital agent.
