Description
Excerpt from the Berechtams Database concerning the valid mining authorisations pursuant to §3 of the Federal Mining Act (BBergG) of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310) in the current version. The data set contains factual information on the type of mining authorisation, field name, authorisation number, runtime, soil treasure and mining authorisation holder.
The geodata of the mining authorisations do not have a legally binding character in the sense of information from the legal entity issued by the authorities.
