Description
The list of individuals-entrepreneurs engaged in folk medicine (healing) on the basis of special permits for occupation of folk medicine (healing) issued by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which contains:
surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual entrepreneur;
number of special permits;
commencement of a special permit;
termination of the special permit;
method of folk medicine (healing);
date of re-issuing/issuing of a special permit duplicate (in case of appropriate decision
