Development plan Lokstedt 38-Hoheluft-West 11 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
Section 2 of the Regulation on the development plan Lokstedt 38/Hoheluft-West 11 of 4 June 1974 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 208) is replaced by the following:
The following provisions apply to the implementation of the development plan:
1. In addition to the garages fixed in the plan below the same ground, further garages under the same ground are also permitted on the non-surmountable parts of building plots, if the dormancy and gardens are not significantly affected.
2. In the commercial area, consumer markets and shopping centres are prohibited.
